The 2016 St. Cloud Real Estate Development Opportunities Summit

The St. Cloud Real Estate Development Opportunities Summit is taking place May 24th at the Golden Valley Country Club in Golden Valley.  The Summit runs from 8 AM until Noon and is planned in sponsorship with the Minnesota Real Estate Journal. If you are interested in commercial real estate in the St. Cloud area, this is the event to attend. Feature properties will include the Lady Slipper site downtown and the I-94 Business Park, among others.

The Summit will include presentations by leading community officials, analysts, directors, and St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis. Following the welcome, introduction, and opening remarks, the schedule for the day is as follows:
